Jenga Hela is a financial tracking and management platform designed to help individuals, businesses, and organizations organize and understand their finances.

By creating an account or using Jenga Hela, you agree to these Terms of Use.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and keeping your login credentials secure.

You should not share your account with someone who is not authorized to use it. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us as soon as possible.

Jenga Hela may allow you to:

• Track income and expenses
• Categorize transactions
• Monitor cash flow
• Manage customers and suppliers
• Create budgets
• Reconcile transactions
• View financial dashboards
• Generate financial reports
• Track transactions from supported integrations
• Export your financial information

You retain ownership of the financial information and other content you add to Jenga Hela.

We use this information to provide the Service, including storing, organizing, processing, displaying, and generating financial reports and insights within Jenga Hela.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter or connect to Jenga Hela is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

Jenga Hela is a tool for tracking and organizing your finances. It is not a bank, lender, investment service, or financial adviser.

Information, calculations, categorizations, dashboards, and reports provided by Jenga Hela are intended to help you understand your financial information.

You are responsible for reviewing your information and making your own financial decisions.

Jenga Hela may allow you to connect external services, including supported banks, payment platforms, or other financial tools.

When you connect a third-party service, that service may have its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or operation of services controlled by third parties.

Some Jenga Hela features may require a paid subscription.

Where offered, Jenga Hela may provide a 14-day free trial followed by a KES 750 monthly subscription.

The applicable price and trial terms will be shown to you before you subscribe. A free trial may only be available once per user or account.

Subscription prices may change in the future. Where applicable, we will provide notice before a new price applies to an existing subscription.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method for your subscription.

You may stop using Jenga Hela or cancel your subscription through the available account or billing controls.

Unless otherwise stated, cancelling a subscription does not automatically provide a refund for a billing period that has already been paid for.

You agree not to:

• Access another person's account without permission
• Attempt to bypass Jenga Hela security measures
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Use Jenga Hela for fraud or other unlawful activity
• Reverse engineer or exploit the underlying software except where permitted by law
• Scrape or automatically extract information without permission
• Use Jenga Hela in a way that could harm the Service or other users

Jenga Hela, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, features, and content, belongs to us or our licensors.

Using Jenga Hela does not give you ownership of any part of the Service.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Jenga Hela for its intended purpose while your account remains active.

We work to keep Jenga Hela available and reliable. However, the Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party services, internet failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of Jenga Hela from time to time.

You may close your Jenga Hela account using the account controls available in the Service.

We may suspend or terminate an account where you seriously violate these Terms, use the Service unlawfully, create a security risk, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or where we are required to do so by law.

Certain information may be retained after account closure where reasonably necessary for security, legal, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may notify you through Jenga Hela, email, or another appropriate method. The updated Terms will apply from the effective date shown at the top of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
